Ordering
Please contact us by phone or email to discuss any questions you have about our instruments. Delivery time can range from a few weeks to several months depending on the model you choose. Most of our harps are made to order but we may have harps in stock.
Payment
We prefer payment in Pounds Sterling (£). When your harp is ready to ship we will mail or email an invoice which will have our bank details. For UK it is appreciated if you can use internet banking and cheques are also acceptable.
If you are an overseas customers you can also make arrangements through your bank. You might also like to check out www.wise.com. While we do not specifically recommend wise they are prompt and their exchange rates and charges are competitive.
For customers in the USA we have a facility to be paid in dollars. The exchange rate we use is 'bank buys' on the Natwest Bank site https://personal.natwest.com/global/commercial-currency-rates.html?q=currency+rates&brand=NATWEST§ion=personal&enginekey=DGfF3yA2zz_9bi7Y73xe
Shipping
We have shipped harps all over the world. We use custom-made boxes and the instruments are always insured. An estimate of shipping cost can be obtained before ordering but cost can change due to fuel surcharges by the time the harp is ready so there may be some adjustment. It is our practice to invoice customers when their harp is strung so that full payment for the harp and shipping can be received by us before the harp is sent. Overseas shippments may well be subject to local duties or taxes on arrival. Arangements for this are part of the shipping service and they will vairy from place to place.
